Six selection factors influence the eligibility assessment of candidates for the immigration program. 2. Educational Qualification: Having some extra knowledge is never a bad idea. Hence, if you have a certificate, diploma, or degree obtained by any Canadian institution, you can earn up to 25 marks. 3. Work History/experience: The more experience you have the more points you gain. You get a chance to grab a maximum of 15 points, the only requirement is it should be a full-time paid job.
   
   
4. Age factor: The scores are awarded based on the age of candidate at the time of submitting the application in which 12 being then highest points and 0 the minimum.
   
   
5. Canadian Job offer: You are awarded points if you have a valid job offer from the Canadian employer. The job must be arranged before you apply for the Permanent residency.
   
   
6. Adaptability factor: If you have a common-law partner or spouse who will migrate with you, both of you together can add a score to the Canada Express Entry Points Calculator for their adaptability.
