Processing times
The BC PNP takes around 2-3 months for processing and for nomination applications under Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC.
For applications under Entrepreneur Immigration, the BC PNP team takes around 6-week processing time from the date of registration, and for the Registration Score Notification stage. Also adding another 4-week processing time must be calculated from the date of submission of application until the decision notification (at work permit stage).
At the federal level,
IRCC currently processes provincial non-Express Entry nominee applications
within 15-19 months of the applicant.
Conclusion
SIRS is conducted by British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). As it is calculated on point-based system applicants receive scores based on the information provided while making their online profile after that they enter the pool along with other applied candidates. BCPNP performs draws periodically on a time basis and candidates get the invitation to apply for Province Nomination through different streams of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program.
